My understanding is that Gerber only does insurance work. For ex., my son wants to do some work on his xB but Gerber wouldn't schedule his work because it's not insurance work. That doesn't make me mad. It just limits who I would suggest Gerber to.

Tiffany and Karie were super helpful and gave me 3 separate quotes on paper to help me determine the cheapest route to go. They were so kings! When the car was ready Tiffany came to pick me up to get the car since the weather was so bad I couldn’t get a Lyft or Uber. They were so thoughtful. I love this shop and will recommend it to others and will come back again!
