The repair itself was great. The length of time my car was in the shop was not ideal. I was told it would take three days and it took seven. I understand they were shorthanded, but this was also very inconvenient for me figuring out how to get transportation to work with the extended time my car was in the shop.

1. I expected that someone would have done an inspection and summary with me when I picked up my car. Some of the information on the written summary is not straightforward. 2. I found it the discourteous that the windshield washer reservoir was replaced, but not filled with windshield washer. 3. I have identified some problems since having time to drive my vehicle and will likely be returning it to be inspected. I would like to say that Terry Murphy was outstanding in her communication and Customer Service friendliness. Also regular updates were much appreciated. Lastly, it was so nice to be able to coordinate repair and car rental, and it was clear there was a relationship with the insurance company. This made it go smoothly.

I was very happy with the recent work y'all did on my truck. Although I was a little disappointed. I had asked about something unrelated to the damage from my accident. My passenger side mirror was broken and I had bought a mirror and asked about how much y'all would charge me to put it on. And yall didn't put it on :(
