I was very happy with the recent work y'all did on my truck. Although I was a little disappointed. I had asked about something unrelated to the damage from my accident. My passenger side mirror was broken and I had bought a mirror and asked about how much y'all would charge me to put it on. And yall didn't put it on :(

Fantastic work on the lights on my truck and on cleaning the headlights and the did amazing work on the weather strip on top of the truck too

The entire process from beginning to end was very well orchestrated.. There was coordination with USAA and Enterprise and we received constant updates on the status of the work. The work itself was very professional and the car was returned in spotless condition. I would give Gerber an A+ rating.

My truck was covered in dents and had a crack in the windshield from hail damage. The body work was fixed but Gerber called my insurance company and said the windshield was not cracked by hail, which it was, I was physically in the truck when it happened and have it on video. The windshield was not fixed by Gerber. Luckily I did not have to file another claim but instead took it to Safelite, where it was confirmed to be from hail damage and got it fixed. Also i had a very expensive pair that of sunglasses that were missing from my truck when i got it back from having the body work done. I will never use Gerber collision & glass for anything in the future, nor will i refer anyone to them.

The folks at Gerber Collision and Glass were all very pleasant to deal with. They repaired my vehicle quickly and with quality work. They went above and beyond when they fixed a minor issue with a door handle that wasn’t even part of the accident damage. I will definitely use them again, if the need arises and highly recommend them if you’re needing collision work completed.

We were completely SHOCKED that the team was able to complete the repairs in such a timely manner. We were prepared to be without our Jeep for a couple of weeks but got it back the same day that it was dropped off ! The repairs look great! Job well done Gerber team!!

I drove up and was met in the parking lot by the guys who were going to be doing the work. They were very friendly and helpful. In the office, Ms Terry was very polite, helpful and easy to work with. I was notified by text as things progressed. This was a very smooth operation and the staff was top notch! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had a great experience with this body shop. The entire process was very smooth from start to finish, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was clear, and they made everything easy to understand, which I really appreciated. One thing that made it even more convenient was being able to leave my rental car there for Enterprise to pick up. That small detail saved me extra time and hassle.
