This Location is by far the worst. They are not sympathetic to what you may be dealing with, being that not having your car is definitely a mind boggling situation so to have a situation and then to have to deal with an establishment where the managers and employees have Terri snobby attitudes, threatening emails and trying to scam people out of money assuming they don’t know the standard Company guidelines. I hope that whoever is in charge corrects this situation. I don’t feel like any human being should be treated or ripped off the way that I have been

The repaired were ok.. once I finally was able to take my ride in. However those that actually did the repairs left a mess on the inside of my ride….. basically had lunch and left remnants of what they consumed scattered around in the back seat area…. Not too messy but enuff for the cat owner to recognize it…. I’m a neat freak and I NEVER eat in my rides…. So yea.. BAD SERVICE

Candis was sooo informative, reachable, sweet and made feel great on the pending services of my vehicle. She even went the extra mile to inform me about the difficulties with my insurance company not responding, where I was able to intervene and have them expedite correspondences to Gerber. The entire Gerber Collision was AWESOME!!
