To be honest I would say I had a great experience but when I recently got my car my car wasn't clean inside my car has dust absolutely everywhere as if my window was opened the entire time I have problems looking through my rearview mirror on my driver side now due to the fact I believe there's a gloss or some type of film I got sprayed on it but otherwise as far as the job went and the paint I'm satisfied

I had to call several times to get updates on the repair. The person that was to update me was out of the office for 2 days and I did not receive updates until I spoke with Tika and Tracey. They we’re extremely helpful.

The job you did was excellent, but the time I had to wait to get my car back wasn’t efficient. It took so long that I exhausted my insurance for the rental coverage. I ended up paying $500 out of pocket on top of the $500 deductible that I had to pay you all. Other than that, the staff was always polite, patient and courteous.
