The repair looked great. The nee bumper looked nice, and they buffed out the driver’s headlight cover to match the new headlight cover. I really appreciated that! The steering wheel seemed like it was harder to turn as I drove off. I know the repair didn’t have anything to do with the steering wheel, but that is something I noticed right away. It seems to turn fine now, so I’m not sure if the two were related at all.

I was told Monday that my car would likely be ready on Thursday and that someone would call back before then to touch bases with me. No one called back. I called Friday to find out when my car would be ready and was told they may finish that day, but it would likely be ready on Monday. Then someone called after 4 pm and told me I could get it that day (Friday), but because it was so late, I decided to pick it up Monday. I was told it would definitely be ready on Monday, and I could pick it up any time after noon. I got there around 4:30 pm and was told they still needed about 20 minutes. I was not happy about that after being told it would be ready long before the time that I arrived.
