Gerber was great at fixing everything they did, however they had a mishap after telling me my car was okay and then when I took it home it overheated because they hadn't checked to make sure there wasn't an air bubble. I am giving them a 9 because of that, however they really did an amazing job at fixing the issue as soon as possible and sent a tow truck out to my house and got the issue fixed in a timely manner!
