All of the information needed was gathered and ready to go. There was no unnecessary waiting. The inspection of damage was thorough and the plan for repair clear and complete. The people were very respectful and friendly. The work was done very quickly but also very competently. It was a very pleasant experience working with Gerber Collision and Glass.

Seth was good at communicating. And I was impressed with the job shout out to Renee. He definitely deserves to get some sucky sucky specially for hooking me up with a new grill however, I do notice some flaws with the driver side window and it’s not aligned when you roll it up so you hear wind when you drive and on the headlight of the driver side, it appears it not clipped on the inside. Overall, the ugly dent is gone. The paint is good. It’s just those two minor flaws needs to be corrected.

Gerber’s (Murray location) employees are the best, their customer service is top tier. From the moment I dropped my car off to when I picked it up they took care of everything on the back end which made a super stressful situation bearable to deal with. I got step by step updates. My car was done before the estimated date and it looks brand new! I will definitely be going back for any kind of body work we need in the future.
