I asked them to check the tail gait they called me to come 5 min before closing when I went home I found tail gait not responding to key also I found that whem back bombard was replaced they didnt put the metal protector that came with my car now I haave to call tom again and go all the way back about 40 minutes

I've had Suburban do repairs for me twice now. Your operation is very professional. My only complaint is is this: Although I was not at all concerned about how quickly you did the work (it's my wife's car and she is recovering from knee replacement surgery and cannot drive), I was initially told this was a two day job and it wound up being four days.
