I already have referred you. The only thing I’d like to say is my dad came in about a month ago asking for an estimate, they weren’t super friendly and told him he had to come back in three weeks but when we worked with State Farm, the process was simple, not sure why you don’t take walk-in appointments but other than that, I’ve been pleased

Did not know I needed an appointment. The two representatives that attended to me were Tina and Falcon. Very nice, professional, great PR. I was given a quote and time frame when car would be finished. When the best time would be to bring car. Representative kept in touch with text messages as to the progress of the car. Was able to pick up car one day early . Very reasonable in price. The men did an awesome job with my car . Thank-you guys. Given instructions on how to take care of the car due to it finishing. Tina and Falcon are great asset to Gerber Collision &Glass. Thank-you for all your help.
