I was called and told my 2025 Lincoln Navigator was ready to be picked up when I arrived the person at the front desk asked me my name and then he proceeded to call Anthony which is who I have been talking to on the phone. He then proceeded to tell me that Anthony was going to pull the car around and I need to pay my 2k dollar deductible and sign off that the car was completed so I did. When the car was pulled around me and my wife walked outside and I was inspecting where the repairs had been done as I inspected closely Anthony says that it does not look good which it didn’t and they are going to order the piece and repaint and replace it. I was upset and stated why did you let me sign paperwork saying the car was completed when it wasn’t and made me pay my deductible. No one could give me an answer. I felt it was very deceptive and just a way to get me to pay before the job was done. I would have had no problem leaving the vehicle until it was as done. The repair was very obviously not done well there is a divet in the paint very obvious. So now I am waiting until they hopefully call me back and make it right.
