From the smiling, welcoming, out going, and very helpful front office staff, they all know their jobs well and have fantastic customer service!! They go above and beyond to make your experience a good one with everything you are already dealing with...an accident, auto insurances, and doing what's best for the customer. The people at Gerber were having issues with State Farm, so my vehicle sat for almost 3 months after retrieving my vehicle. It did not start run and still has not been Operable. Not sure what happened but now I need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to have it mechanically repaired. Again, there was nothing wrong with my vehicle mechanically when it was dropped off it ran and drove fine now it does not
