i know gerber did their best on getting my car repaired on time but approm 45 days + my ouy of pocket $525,00 from enterpriseand its still not finished i had to go back to travlers to approvial for allingement that should have been included + front of bumper no protection for $5000 (radar) i had to bring this to the attention of gerber. i now need to uber to get home and back to gerber. i think an 8 is the best i can do

The car was completely out of gas upon leaving and stalled on pine ridge rd before I could get to Costco for gas. The office verified it had a quarter tank when I left it with them. How would that be?

My car was returned to me with NO GAS and no warning there was no gas. When i dropped it off it had at least 1/4 tank. I pulled into Pine Ridge Rd. and it immediately stalled due to no gas and I had to walk back over the Gerber. I've never run out of gas in my entire life. This wasn't ok.

I really don't know how I could ask for more. The folks in the office were great, Patrick was great when I dropped off and picked up, and the car looked perfect when I picked it up. They arranged for the rental car so that made picking up and dropping off easy. If someone asked me what they could have done better, I really have no idea. It went exactly as it should!

The only thing was that tires were not checked for air and had low air, but it’s possible that is not something that’s required . I was so so pleased with the results and customer service was spectacular!!
