took way longer than expected, i was told 3-5 days and it was 2 weeks. But i understand that things can take longer than expected, but maybe they should have originally told me a longer time so i could expect that. And then i had to take it for allignment but the mechanic was unable to do that because the Struts were also bent. So it would be good if they could have a mechanic look at that stuff as well to save time as I have to go back to insurance company to submit this new estimate for the mechanics part.
