Worst quality control that I have experience with a body shop! Got called 3 times saying that my car was ready only for me to look at a rushed job not finished

Not happy, even tho Donna was great mike made me prepaid parts and scheduled for the repairs when part are on back order, car is not done and I still don’t have a date when will it be done! I had to receive the car as is. I was told 7 days for the repairs and took over a month and it’s still not done!

I have experience with this repair service center ….at least three times before Gerber bought Cars Medic. That experience was excellent….everything on time and car returned in immaculate condition.
