He kept me updated through every step of the process. My car was ready when he told me it would be and the entire process was seamless. Awesome. My car looks great and the process was seamless. The communication throughout the process was amazing and a game changer. I don’t mind it taking awhile if I just know how long it will be and how things are going. John was great and kept me constantly updated. He was very professional and by far the best adjuster I’ve ever had- he really knows his stuff.

The exterior body work is excellent! My Insurance Claims Agent recommended you highly. But I’m now focusing on tire roar when I’m driving down the road. Are you sure the lining is not still rubbing with my tire? Just checking. Before I brought it to you one of my concerns was my driver side front tire rubbing against the deformed tire well lining due to the accident.
