Talked to Randy when I picked up car. He is to order a small bracket & do some more work later. He will let me know when to come in for that small additional repair. Apparently I misunderstood the original basis for repairs. Everyone was most helpful as they have always been when I had work done in the past. I was very impressed that when your driver brought me home....he waited to make sure I gained entrance at the front door before he left my driveway.

My experience was really top notch! I was nervous about selecting a body shop to fix my car. But being a person that works in customer service, I was pleasantly impressed with how genuinely nice EVERYONE was. I was greeted, reassured(via email), and thanked for choosing Whaley's.
