My back door was already had some damage, but after I was hit, it got worse and now there’s a bigger gap in it at the top than it was before and to be told that I need to take the tire out was not satisfactory to me. where do you store the tire, the tires to be stored in the container on the back of the door I didn’t like that answer. I was honest and said I realize that it was already damaged to it when I bought it from the previous owner, but when I did get hit, it did get a little worse. It was hard to open and I prove that standing right there with the guy that helped me so I’m not understanding if it would’ve cost me out of pocket I would’ve been more than happy to pay it just to have it fixed correctly.

I cannot express how much I appreciated Gerber Collision. The customer service I received was amazing, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I originally went with another company at first, but they were so offputting that my insurance company told me about Gerber and I am beyond happy with my decision to go with them. You can trust them to do what they say they’re going to do, my job on my car was done in a very timely manner. And they wash my car! Top-notch can’t go wrong by using them.
