When I went to pick my truck up on Friday there were still issues that needed to be addressed so I didn’t accept it. My rental car was canceled today so I had to return it. I still haven’t heard when my truck will be ready.

I had a very clear discussion with the estimator on the areas that needed repair. On the completion and finished work, it was clear that only part of the requested work was done. The focused was only on what the insurance would be covering and not the other all the repairs I requested. The estimator never informed me of this until I was picking up the vehicle. I was willing to pay out of pocket for the additional repairs, but the lack of communication left me with very little confidence I can trust doing business with Gerber Collision in the future.
