Very thorough, efficient and customer oriented from the front desk to the techs and manager. My repair was also completed days ahead of schedule. Gerber shuttled me to and from the rental car company. Even beyond expectations they washed my car, wiped it down inside and vacuumed it. Amazing.

The entire team I worked with were wonderful, having never had an accident before. I had lots of questions, they answered them to help me understand the process. They work together with the car rental company seamlessly. They kept me informed of everything and if I had a question I called them. I hope I never need them again with an accident but if I do have an accident again I will definitely use them to repair my car.
