I was hesitant to use this shop. Others nearby had better reviews. They were helpful, did a great job, had it done a day before promised and when I experienced a problem the next week that turned out no to be their issue, they kindly cared for it. GREAT experience!

Laura, and Andrew, and the technicians were all integrated in their customer process; it flowed like a professional system, incredibly designed to keep my wife appraised of the status and the completion of her 2018 mustang convertible repair. I mentioned the make and model as it is her pride and joy. They did an outstanding job of the repair AND, the process of customer satisfaction and relationship and a system like approach to how we were treated showed great care and integrity. I began this insurance/repairs and rental car experience wary, cautious and skeptical. Upon completion I am happy to say that my fears and distrust were unfounded. CalCas, Gerber and Enterprise all have/had a fluid, helpful system in place. Everything each company explained upfront happened. There were no surprises and each company's employees were very professional, anticipatory and helpful.

Gerber made the entire process so easy for me. They took initiative, contacted the insurance, attained all the needed information and completed the work quickly. For me, this is the only auto/glass repair I would recommend.
