It took a little too long for a simple fix. Tge communication was conflicting with the robo update vs the receptionist. I got conflicting updates on when the car will be done

The work done on my car looked great, the only reason why this wasn't a 10 is because I felt like the communication could have been a little better about when my vehicle would be ready. Instead of being able to rely on the status via text, I had to call to confirm a couple times. On the plus side of things, the day my car was able to be picked up, the staff was very understanding that I was running late due to enterprise shuttle delays, and they were willing to hang out at the office for a little bit till I could make it to the shop. Overall great experience!

From beginning to end superb service and very satisfied with results. Ryan was extremely helpful and very trustworthy. Repair was done quickly. Emma very inviting. Would highly recommend!

I have had 2 experiences with my car repair at Calibar, and both times I have been very pleased and the quality of their work has been excellent!
