I would rate my likelihood of recommending Caliber Collision a 5/10. While my vehicle was completed within the original timeframe and they did correct the paint issue when I brought it back, having to return my vehicle only a few days later was a significant inconvenience. I also had additional rental expenses and my vehicle was returned dusty inside. Overall, the experience was okay, but I expected better quality control and a higher level of customer service.

Repair Quality

I would rate the repair quality a 4/10. Although the dents were repaired and the vehicle was ready within the original timeframe, I noticed paint chips just a few days after picking up my vehicle. I had to return the vehicle for an additional three days so the issue could be corrected. I appreciate that they addressed the problem, but the need for re-work so soon after the original repair was disappointing and caused an unnecessary inconvenience.

Customer Service

The staff was polite and the paint issue was eventually corrected, but the overall experience was more inconvenient than it should have been. After my car was kept for two weeks, I had to bring it back just a few days later because of paint chips from the repair. This required me to get another rental car and pay additional money out of pocket. Although I appreciated the $100 deduction from my deductible, I felt there could have been more urgency and concern regarding the issue. My car was also returned very dusty inside after being there for another three days. Overall, the customer service was okay, but I expected more communication, attention to detail, and effort to make the situation right.
