The repair seems to be good but the length of time it took was ridiculous. They did cover 1 week of a rental but really could of done more.

Everyone was super kind and helpful at gerber. The glass company however was really difficult to work with. Lots of back and forth, they couldn’t work on the car at the shop for some reason and wanted to schedule at my home, when I had no idea when I would be getting the car back. They pressured me to set up the appointment even though I kept telling them I’d call back when I had more information. My car was in the shop still when the scheduled appointment day arrived and I texted and called to cancel days ahead and the appointment was never canceled. I honestly thought I had been scammed because the customer service was so insane

You did a great job resorting my car back to how it was before I had the wreck. It’s looks amazing and wonderfully now. Almost like new again!!!’ I love having it back- the only Complaint is how many times I had to replan getting the car back. Not that you can always get it right but I was frustrated with that. Thanks for your great work and service too!!!
