Every employee I interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there. Repair was done weeks ahead of expected time (not that anyone should expect that). No BS from the insurance side. Replaced/repaired parts look brand new to me. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service, Amanda at the desk went above and beyond to help me. I had to reschedule, she gave me accurate time frames, and was able to answer all of my questions! The gentleman doing the estimate was very courteous and honest. My car was done on time, and Amanda stayed a little later so I could drop the rental and get my car. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone. Also, my car was waxed and vacuumed out. I really appreciated everyone going the extra mile for me. They were probably just doing their job but it’s hard to get this great of service anymore. Quality work and I can’t even tell I was swiped. Even my neighbor said how good it looked.
