I would go again due to convenience of location and great communication.. my only concern is if the parts truly fit as I have been told with previous Lexus past 20 years that they don’t fit the same having non Lexus parts. At this point it has to come to trust that the body shop made the right choices and not choices per State Farm. Time will tell!!

Great communication. State Farm won’t let you got to a body shop of your choosing so State Farm recommends this body shop. They were 2 miles from home and not all parts are Lexus but they guarantee if there is damage they will fix. Noah did great to keep me informed and in a timely manner

Customer service was great. I was worried about my car being on Main Street for a few weeks. Felt better knowing police patrol area. Car was great and I was able to drive by and see my car. Even take pictures. It looks so different when taken apart. Great customer service

Communication was very good. Was very happy with the repair. And surprised and pleased that my car was washed and the inside dash was wiped down and clean. I would use Gerber again for repairs.
