I appreciate how kind everyone was and most of the time the communication was great. However I had to cover the cost of my own rental car due to the man who was the cause of the wreck who hit the car who hit me saying someone hit him and drove off. Now I had to pay an additional $222 since they rushed trying to reassemble my vehicle to leave for the 4th of July holiday and I had to rent a vehicle for an additional 6 days at $37 per day. I believe they should have covered that cost. This wreck that was at zero fault of my own gas now cost me over $600 for a rental car and $100 for my deductible and I’m tired of spending so much money for other peoples mistakes.

They were great, however they rushed to get my car finished, messed up the bumper and it cost me over $220 for the extra days for my rental car because I don’t have that coverage, no one offered to take care of it and when they called “the lady said usually your insurance takes care of that. Well sorry mine didn’t. I was at zero fault and this wreck has cost me over $700 and I don’t feel the extra days for the rental car should be charged to me.
