My overall experience was exceptional. The repair was perfect. Even touched up a scuff mark near the actual repair. It's good to see a company that still believes in going the extra mile to satisfy the customer. The convenience of dropping off my rental car at Gerber was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend Gerber's services to friends and family.

They kept telling me that it would be done in one week then it change to two weeks and when they said it would be done on Friday it took them till Tuesday to finish. I understand things can get complicated but don’t say it will be done on this day if it’s going to take weeks. Also my windshield is still cracked and I informed them what happened and told me that it wasn’t part of the claim which made no sense to me. I will admit the people were nice but they didn’t keep their promises or inform me if a certain part of my car is not getting fixed. It made me very upset and stressed from having a rental for so long and not knowing what is happening to my car.

Richard first completed the estimate on my car and from there on in he communicated with me regarding the process. I appreciated him for that reason. He was close as to the timeline he would keep the car for repairs. After completing my car he delivered it to my home. I was completely satisfied with all the repairs! My Subaru looked great! Thank you Gerbers! I would certainly use you again if needed.
