I truly appreciate the kind people William and Richard from Oklahoma City and Norman Oklahoma who collaborated with each other and helped me to get my car fixed before the deadline of February 13, 2026. Which is today 10 February 2026 I picked it up @9:00 am. William store was swamped with work and not enough people to accommodate the workload. So the Benz was outsource to the Norman store and they had to persuade me to allow the company to take care of me. I had surgery and it really worked out for me cause I had a rental car and I turned it back in and allowed my body to rest. At first it was supposed to be Thursday and then it was Friday. William overseen the car being towed to the shop and back.. I couldn’t ask for anything else but a Great Thank you!! Last year my granddaughter car was in service for repair due to a hit and run and the same great service.. Keep up the good work guys.. this is one happy woman. And even washed her inside and out and it smells good too lol.. Nancy Martin
