I understand it’s a tailgate but it was suppose to be a new one according to them, but there were scratches all on the inside of the tailgate. Also I was wanting an estimate on my fender to possibly get it done at the same time to avoid having to drop it off twice understanding that it was not included in the claim! Guy helping kept saying he would get it to me and never did then gives it to me when I picked it up!!!! Also it was about 1000 dollars higher then the two places I had previous estimates! Here is the really bad part I actually knew the previous owner Jacob and have several of my cars repaired with collision works and were outstanding, but you guys are not them and until you figure it out that customer service is the main ingredient I will never use you guys again!!
