I still have a couple issues that I did not have before someone slide swiped my suv. The tire sensor will not shut down. Air pressure in tires state at 35. And the passenger seat will not move. The body work done, looks great.

I use the shop before and had no issues and I feel like this time there was not good communication and now I have lights coming on in my car on my dashboard that weren’t there before my service and when I picked up my car to complain that my car smelled like a cigarette smell and I let it go and the smell is still there every time I get into my car there is a nasty smell in it and my car never smelled this way before I dropped it off so I am not sure if I would recommend your shop again

I received a call on Tuesday or Wednesday saying that my car will be ready on Friday or Monday and they will call me on Thursday to let me know. I did not receive a call on Thursday. I received a call on Friday at 9 AM letting me know that my car was ready and need to be picked up by the end of the day mind you the shop is in North Port. I had a meeting all day in Sarasota and had to figure out how I was gonna get there by the time they close to pick up my car so communication was not very good with office staff or following through on what they said they would do for pick up my vehicle being completed.

I say 10 because everybody is so friendly the work is exceptional and they clean your cars afterwards.

My experience was awesome with them. They not only fixed my truck they also cleaned it. They only had my vehicle for 2 weeks it would have been less but a part they got in was damaged so they had to wait for another part. So timing is excellent. Everybody was wonderful from the front desk to the people who fixed the cars. This is the second time I have used them and both experiences were awesome. Thank you so much
