The experience was top drawer from the people answering the phone and communicating extremely well, to Rico, the man at the desk when I walked in being so welcoming, informative and professional, to the body tech and the general manager coming out to properly assess the best way forward, this team ended up saving us over $2500. compared to the Mercedes dealer's quick and exaggerated estimate! They completed the work in less than predicted time and washed the car for the presentation!!! What a refreshing and really considerate and really smart way to create a great experience for all!
