There has been no communication, part was either not ordered or didn't come in and no one let us know. I've taken the car back and someone just popped a piece back in and did not see what it actually needed to be fixed. I have asked that the manager or regional manager call me and have heard nothing.

Gerber did a fantastic job with the collision work we had to have done after an accident. They kept us informed on progress, made the rental car process seamless and got done very quickly. Repairs look great! Would highly recommend!
