The shop failed to address the issue that I initially brought to their attention. I have to take it to another shop now to get the issue fixed. They said that they were unable to scan my truck. The truck wouldn’t scan because it had a blown fuse that I was able to change in 2 min. Strange that a shop of this caliber wouldn’t be able to determine a simple issue like a bad fuse.

This was a fantastic repair job. Silver paint is difficult to match but your team made a perfect match of color and sheen to the original factory paint. Your vendor that restores rims did an equally amazing job! And most importantly, your office staff were courteous, communicative and made me feel they were looking out for me. Thank you for everything! I certainly will recommend you to everyone who needs any bodywork for their vehicle.

The Gerber team in the front office did an excellent job of explaining the process, keeping me informed, and going beyond to provide information about the rental car process. Additionally they researched the cost of additional work I was considering, and they served as the liaison between me and the craftsman. The craftsmen matched my silver paint meticulously ensuring the finished product was indeterminable from the original manufacturer’s paint. I am supremely pleased and impressed with the process and work that was performed.
