The customer service was terrible. There was no communication. I was told I would be called with and ETA after they looked at the car. No one called, no one let me know what they would be fixing beyond the scratch on the bumper. I tried calling back and no one answered. They updated their app with the ETA but kept pushing it back. When I dropped my car off on Monday, I was told I’d have it by the end of the week and it was not finished until Wednesday at 5pm. Everyday they kept pushing the ETA. I would definitely not recommend this place. I will be letting my friends and neighbors know to avoid.

The customer service was awful. I was told I would be called and told which repairs needed to be made to my car before they were made. I was not. I tried to call for an ETA and was told I would be called back once they finished the estimate. I was not. I tried calling and there was no answer. The pick up date for my vehicle was changed 3 times. I finally called at 5 pm Wednesday and was told it was ready. No one notified me.
