Everyone was so polite and helpful from beginning to end!! Whether it was on the phone, dropping off the car, the pickup, even the updates were frequent (but not annoying!) and informative! My car looks amazing! I hope I won’t HAVE to go back to them (because collisions aren’t an ideal hobby lol) but if I ever need that service again, I won’t hesitate to bring in my car immediately! I cannot say enough nice things about the people there. OH and I even got a paper flower after dropping off my car! So wholesome! If you need collision repair and you’re in the Odessa/Trinity area, I HIGHLY recommend this office and team! Quality efficient work and great people!! I hope both sides of their pillows are always cool!

Why was it necessary for someone to adjust the lumbar support, the outside mirrors, and put down the Passenger side rear window sunscreen? Exactly how far did you drive and WHO USED MY CAR?? AND all my culvers "Scoopie" coupons are missing from the passenger side door handle cubbie! Seriously? The repair was fine. The use of my car? Not at all!

The repair itself was fine. But It appeared someone USED my car! They adjusted the driver LUMBAR support. Really? And put down the rear passenger window sunscreen. WHAT? NO ONE needs to do these things to take a car for a quick test drive! Please explain this to me!

Repairs were not complete. There were still damaged parts that needed to be replaced and when I drove it the steering was jerking right and left causing dangerous driving conditions. I had to immediately turn around and drop back off and take my rental back so you could address the obvious substandard repairs. I am truly blown away that this is the condition the car was returned to me. I don’t know if I will trust the work when it gets completed now and will more than likely never go to another Gerber. Hopefully you guys can make this right but this is probably the most unprofessional outcome with a collision repair that I could have expected.

There was still visible damage to my car and it was unsafe to drive. Blown away by the complete absence of quality inspections and scope of work understanding. Absolutely to worst experience in my 30 years of driving with auto repair and this repair is not over yet. We shall see what comes next in this story.

The two ladies in the front on Gunn Hwy were very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was calm about the situation with my car! Trevor was also very helpful and explained the process with my car!. Outstanding staff!
