Awesome company! Wife's new work suv was hit in the rear after just 200 miles on thr odometer. GERBER had it finished in 7 days. That's calendar days. Trevor updated frequently and they delivered the vehicle to my home since I was recovering from a surgery. I would recommend and definitely use them for future autobody and glass repairs.

My only complaint really is the pick up date just kept changing. I would plan my day and then find out that it was changed to a different day. I understand why the changes happened but if it was going to keep happening a phone call would have been appreciated. Instead I was the one calling in to see what was going on.

The entire process was a hassle, I don't know who is to blame gerber or State Farm. Both pointed fingers at each other. Also, I'm pretty sure Gerber overcharged State Farm for what needed to be fixed, including things that weren't broken.
