The entire process was a hassle, I don't know who is to blame gerber or State Farm. Both pointed fingers at each other. Also, I'm pretty sure Gerber overcharged State Farm for what needed to be fixed, including things that weren't broken.

The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the process. However, I am disappointed with the final result of the repair. The bumper on the repaired side does not appear to be properly aligned, and the clips/edges are visible, creating noticeable panel gaps. The hood also appears slightly shifted, with a visible gap on one side that was not present before the accident. Because of these issues, the vehicle does not appear to have been fully restored to its pre-accident condition. Since the repair is covered by a lifetime warranty, I expect the alignment issues to be corrected.

After my interactions with the manager (Tammy) I don't want to go back to that location, as I told corporate rep. I would rather go to a different Gerber location for any future warranty issues or general issues. Bad first impression, I'm the customer.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass in Odessa. From the moment I walked in, your team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I'm not good with names, but your receptionist was absolutely fantastic, and it was great to connect with one of your team members who also served in the Navy. Both of them were truly amazing people who made the entire experience exceptional. The repairs were done quickly and the results were great. The whole GEICO insurance claim process was seamless from start to finish. And to the detailer who took care of the interior — outstanding work. Your team also cleaned and waxed the exterior — my car looked absolutely amazing when I picked it up. Please pass along my sincerest appreciation to everyone on your team. They truly went above and beyond, and it meant a lot. Thank you all very much.

The team did an excellent job repairing the exterior of my vehicle, and I truly appreciated the extra care they took in cleaning and detailing the interior and waxing the car. Trevor made this experience very easy. He made sure I was fully updated as my vehicle was repaired, and when a vehicle code appeared after return that does not register in a scan, went the extra mile and had Range Rover connect remotely to resolve the issue software issue. Couldn’t have asked for better service
