Repair was good and quick. Noticed a tire replacement valve is missing and a few black chips under my tail light. It wasn't there before. Other than that, it's as good as can be. Not sure how they repaired the bumper, but it definitely wasn't replaced. Can see the old chips on the bumper that was still there after they repaired. I guess they only did a spot repair.

Staff was very attentive and service oriented. They keep you informed on every step of repair. Every employee was polite. The estimate was fair and repair completed in timely manner. Although I do hope I don't have to see them again for an accident; I would choose them again for collision repair

I would greatly recommend this shop to anyone needing a repair, the team there was very kind and welcoming. I had no issues with communications during the entire repair process or getting any issues resolved.

I would rate the repair a 10/10. The paint job was spot on, on my driver side door, I didn't notice any runs of any kind or blemishes that would potentially occur during the prep and painting process. the window was a bit scratched and water spotted, so the Odessa Gerber team ordered me a new OEM window to be installed. My door was just like I had it before my accident, couldn't even tell!.

My entire experience at Gerber Collision as a Geico approved location was seamless. Having to get your car fixed sucks as it is, so having a smooth and positive experience makes all the difference. Trevor fixed my car and he was amazing! He was kind, professional, honest and reassuring. My car was ready in a week and they communicated with me every step of the way. I hope I never need them again, but I would highly recommend them!
