I originally brought my car to the Marshall Drive location on March 7. On March 9 they called to say they were short staffed and could they transfer it to the Olathe location. I agreed. Was disappointed the had it two days before letting me know. I have no complaints about the Olathe location. They kept me fully informed and updated every step of the way.

Jeff was great to work with. He assisted in my claims process and kept me up to date on the entire process. The work was done to standard and looks great. They also cleaned the interior of my truck, which was also much appreciated. Great experience overall!

The service received from Olathe shop was top notch, speedy and they kept in touch. Service from Lenexa shop was direct opposite—poor and inadequate communication and very slow progress in deciding to and competing move of car to different shop
