My car was returned with mismatch lights. The right light was not damaged however Gerber did not ask me if I would like to purchase the other light to avoid the drastic difference in the lights . My car was returned FULL OF ANTS.

I was not made aware of given an option to replace the right headlight that was not damaged. This causes my car to look very off balance.

Temperance was a sheer delight to work with during this process. She was extremely responsive, thoughtful and polite in her communications. The customer service was impeccable! John the manager was also incredibly helpful. When we were at an impasse with the insurance company communicating the approval, John was able to step in an navigate a resolution. His experience, wisdom and expertise was apparent and very much appreciated.

Looks like a new truck, seeing that it is 18 years old. All body work on passenger side bed. Complete way ahead of estimate. Washed and cleaned before delivery. Kept me updated via text messages. There were some issues with those messages but I think they are getting use to a new software system with Gerber. No big deal, you can always call them. I would definitely use them again but hope I don't have to!
