A repair that was scheduled to take 4 days dragged out to over 30 days. Due to inability to obtain a bumper. This caused hardship on my family as we planned on 4 days being without a vehicle. I feel parts should be ordered and delivered to the auto body shop BEFORE bringing the vehicle in for repair. I could have driven my vehicle the entire time until the part came in. Very inconvenient!
