I am pretty happy other than I noticed there is a dent in the driver’s side quarter panel up near the hood, and three scratches on front right side bumper we noticed it the evening after we got home. But overall our whole experience with this business has been amazing. The communication of status of the vehicle the ease of pick up drop off even dealing with having a rental. The organization has been outstanding and way less stressful. Thank you Gerber !!!!

Everyone, from Carmin to Kimberly, was very customer-centered, kind, prompt, and professional. They gave timely updates and did their best to work with me while my car was being repaired! I would absolutely recommend them!

The Gerber in Madison was great! Had I known that sending my car to another Gerber in WI would result in disaster I never would have allowed them to low level my car. Now I'm in a rental for the second time so they can fix all the things done wrong/overlooked. I work full-time so finding time to pick up my car, take it back, they had no rentals so I had to return to Gerber the next day. It has been an awful experience. But the Madison crew has been great!

The guys did a good job reparing the roof of my ACURA but they didn't clean inside of it ver well. They are dirty and residue all over, also handprints and spot all over. Also when I picked my car and the person didn't explain what the guys did in order to make sure it is safe to drive.

The initial repair was completed in about 3 1/2 weeks. I was informed it was ready. When I went to pick it up, there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't there before. Gerber believes that where they park the completed vehicles was in an area where the lawn are individuals may have hit a stone or something that created the crack. Had to leave my car there for another day to replace the windshield. Otherwise, the initial repair was good.

Gerber Collision & Glass were great to work with. They made everything super easy! They send you text messages to keep you updated on the progress and send a link to show how much everything is going to cost as they go. They also had my car done 2 days earlier than they estimated which is always a plus! Five stars!!
