The initial repair was completed in about 3 1/2 weeks. I was informed it was ready. When I went to pick it up, there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't there before. Gerber believes that where they park the completed vehicles was in an area where the lawn are individuals may have hit a stone or something that created the crack. Had to leave my car there for another day to replace the windshield. Otherwise, the initial repair was good.

Gerber Collision & Glass were great to work with. They made everything super easy! They send you text messages to keep you updated on the progress and send a link to show how much everything is going to cost as they go. They also had my car done 2 days earlier than they estimated which is always a plus! Five stars!!

Was not happy Madison wouldn’t even answer a phone. Only reason I still used Gerber was insurance wanted to. Corporate Gerber was helpful and dk was wherever the car ended up. Madison Gerber not do much. I would give Madison a 0

The length of time needed to repair my vehicle was insane. I've had it back a week now and 3 trim pieces so far are loose, hardware is missing from passenger side sun visor and the visor came off in my hand. I'm sure there are more issues I haven't discovered yet.
