you had my car for a full week before you started work on it. you took my car from Madison to Fond du Lac without asking. i was told you would ask permission first.

you were supposed to let me know you were taking it to Fond Du Lac and did not. it was supposed to be trucked up there and yoz guys drove. the seat belt, seat, mirrors all were adjusted and the inside was dirty. you took 3 weeks when i was told 7 to 10 days. person i called claimed it took 3 days to transfer the insurance to fond du lac. 3 days to send an email.
