Very kind and very helpful . Felt like we were all friends ... I have a 9 and not a 10 because after washing my truck , my license plate jewels had about 30% came off and were hanging. Didn’t make a big deal out of it just surprised no one fixed it.

Customer service was very Good. Tammy is very welcoming and after seeking another estimate because of the way I was treated when I walked in the door. Jordan was accommodating and thorough. Tammy took care of navigating my car rental through insurance and had everything set up. Jordan upon my final check did some touch up painting on small scratches upon my request. I will definitely pass on my experience to family and friends.

Gerber took great care of my car. Staff was very friendly and helped me out a lot, as it was first time getting a rental car and going to an auto body shop alone. Tammy the CSR took great care of me, answering all my questions and concerns. My only problem was that my car left dirtier then when I dropped it off! Thank you for the service!

Your company did an excellent job on the repairs thank you very much! I also think the the communication was superb and the completion time was right on! The only negative was the entire inside of the vehicle is covered in dust and the fan blows dust out of the vents when turned on.

Not satisfied. Was promised to get the vehicle looked at for mechanic issues. And the matter wasn't fix. Waste of my time and money trying to make it work with your company (gerber auto glass collision). Other then that. Good people skills to lie and thanks for cheating me with the insurance agency also.
