I was given an estimate and was told the car could be repaired in a few day. I was to return for the repair and when I did they did not have the part. I was told that the part was in Appleton and to come back the next day. I asked that they call me to let me know that things were set up. They did not call me. I returned as requested and was told that the part was still not there. A week from the original date I was given I did finally get the vehicle fixed. They were polite and efficient when the repair was done. The work was good and finished quickly. It was only that I had to make several trips to get the job completed.

dropped vehicle off wed morning for bumper air dam and driver light replacement then called that day they said they were buttoning it up then they leave a voice mail that the bumper bracket is bent and they had to order it and it will be delivered in the morning call late that afternoon and they it didn't come in so they found one and went to get it then they put it together and the inner liner is not in right and is damaged when i brought it up they tried to fix it but it didn't work so they were going to order it I called today and they still didn't order it they will try to order it today no communication I have to call to find out anything My insurance closed the claim already so i will have 4 days wrapped up in it not good customer relations if you ask me very dissatisfied customer
