The best was with the people who worked in the office. They helped me through with getting started (paperwork). They provided online/information about what was being done to the car - basically everything I needed to know when it was being done (ex: parts, times, etc.) I would recommend Gerber in Hampton Cove for anyone involved in a car accident and needs repairs.
