The multiple updates was greatly appreciated & a nice warning ahead of our car bring ready to pick-up gave us plenty of time to arrange pick-up of our vehicle. Plus, the vacuuming of the car, the car wash & the washing of all of our widows.

The staff regularly kept me updated. Before they worked on my car, we went over damages on the car and they confirmed it matched the paperwork that they received from the insurance. The place was very nice and clean!!!. They offered beverages before I ask and they have full-size drinks. The staff was very professional. They were nice and so very professional. When I got my car back, it looked as if it was never in a collision. Before I left their lot with my car we went over it one more time. They were very detailed about fixing my vehicle and everything got done in a timely manner.

The paint is splotchy and darker than the original paint, I’m missing multiple small interior plastic pieces, my license plate lights are not functional, my windshield wipers were not functional after repairs. It’s very clear the job was rushed and thrown together at the end.
