I was generally very satisfied with the over experience of having our collision damaged repaired at your facility. I feel however that your communication could be better. When we got a text that our due date was being pushed out, I called twice and left messages inquiring why, and did not receive a call back (even though I was promised a call back as soon as he was done with a customer). Ernie finally told me the car would be ready the next day. Around 4:00 the next day I had to call to get a status only to find out it was ready. Why no call?? That being said, my wife and I were shocked and very pleasantly surprised to find that upon picking up our vehicle that it had been cleaned both inside and out! Not just wiped down, but detailed! This exceeded our highest expectation and was very much appreciated. Be assured that I have pointed this out to our neighbors and family. Thanks again.

Brought my car into Gerber for repair from an auto accident and they did a spectacular job on it..they kept me up to date with updates frequently and were always available if I had any questions at all!
