It was very unorganized and chaotic. I was told that I would be called with updates but never received one call. I was told to ignore the text updates because they were inaccurate.

Dropped vehicle off at 8, was told it would be finished by 12, didn’t pull vehicle in until 3:15. Took 3 trips to get it repaired because they couldn’t keep their schedule.

$80 plus over original estimate, with less work being performed. Took 3 trips to get repairs completed. Was told to drop vehicle off at 8 AM, and it would take up to 4 hours. They finally pulled my vehicle in after 3 PM and it was finished in a little over an hour.

We agreed on a price to repair my car on two different occasions, they never called when it was ready.And when I went to pick it up they charged me $500.00 dollars more than we agreed on , news travels fast in a small town ,And I’m going to spread the news
